Grad Hotel And Hostel - Stockholm

I was visiting Stockholm for a few days and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the central railway station. The hostel itself was clean and spacious, with helpful staff. They even accommodated my late check-in request. The showers were decent and there were a couple of fridges in the kitchen. I felt safe coming back late at night with the code to the door provided. The female dorm for six was comfortable, and I especially want to thank the Russian-speaking receptionist for being understanding and kind. The location and price were amazing, and there were plenty of public areas to relax in, including a big kitchen. a very nice and helpful place to stay!

Would recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and the central station. the hostel had overall good facilities, with a large clean kitchen and good showers. the bed was cozy and comfortable, better than expected.

Felt really welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

Too small kitchen, lot of peoples cooking all the time so need wait always really long time if u want cook. Internet connection fold down every 5min so cant download nothing but when working its fast. Tv in rooms its NOT swedish etc channels just russians :D

Good location.

No window in my room, and it did not say so in the booking. There was noise in the evening, past midnight and people smoking. Staff very busy and hard to get information and assistance from them. Not many toilets and shower and most of the time you had to wait in line.

As business guests, we appreciated the quick response from the reception when we arrived late. the hostel's extended operating hours until 2 am were a pleasant surprise. Each bed had its own power socket and the shared bathroom, especially the one for girls, was impeccably clean. the location near the central station and restaurants was convenient. the room had a TV, which was a nice touch. Despite the smaller appearance in the photo, the private couple room was actually quite spacious.

The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and bars within walking distance. the hostel had good facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room. the showers were clean and had soap available. We appreciated the free maps and information on walking tours, as well as the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. the wifi signal was strong, even in the rooms. we were very satisfied with our experience at Grad Hotel And. Cons: All good! 😊.

It was loud, bed was not very comfortable, and it was expensive for what we got...

Excellent location close to transports.

The room I was given was tiny, despite being a twin room, and without windows and I was told that no room with windows were available. Because of this I developed a claustrophobic reaction and was basically compelled to leave the hotel after one night.

Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and old town. Helpful staff and well-equipped facilities including a spacious kitchen and multiple washing rooms. Separate showers for men and women. Comfortable beds and quiet corridors. Close to central train station and felt safe, especially during Pride night.

Close to the centre, nice and frinedly staff.

Not to be chosen for people suffering of Claustrophobia, there are almost no windows....!
